I was 19 at the time and living with three other roommates in a two-story, four bedroom rental house.
Late one evening (maybe Fri. or Sat.?), I had just returned home from my job at the movie theater and noticed that “Jay” had invited company over (name changed for privacy). And after a short while, we all made our way into Jay's bedroom (master bedroom on the top floor) to have a group session on a Ouija board he had.
At the time, it seemed like a cool, thrilling thing to do (and hey, everyone was down for it).
Once we were all seated upon the hardwood floor around the board, someone shut off the light.
The candle-lit area now reflected our faces and the game board; as well as a line of recent movie posters along his bedroom walls (*ahem*...wonder where he got them from?). Over to the immediate left of me was a decorative, wall-mountable mirror of my other roommate, Donny's, placed upon the floor; which had a colorful, multi-dragon design surrounding the outside of the glass.
(I believe he ordered it from one of those old Bud K catalogs. I have a similar photo, up above, for this entry).
So the session began pretty much as most of them seem to do, as the planchette our hands were placed upon easily glided across the surface of the candle-lit board; pausing briefly upon various letters and numbers to spell out one's answer. And, of course, certain friends in the group swore that they weren't the ones moving the pointer! As for me, I do recall there being a subtle...yet, tangibly firm, force guiding the planchette; which seemed to emanate from the board, itself.
(seriously: I was very curious about this whole thing, and was discerning for any sort of pulling or "muscling" movement from anyone. There was none)
As it then became my turn, I wanted to ask the board something more bold.
So I asked the spirit if it could reveal itself.
The immediate answer -- more firmly this time -- spelled out something like this:
L-O-O-K I-N T-H-E M-I-R-R-O-R.
Aroused and alert, I soon leaned over to my left and peered into the dragon mirror's reflection, as some of the others gathered around it, also.
Staring back at me, within candle-lit darkness, was this "outline" of an old woman's facial features being superimposed over mine! Others huddled with me around the mirror attested to seeing this, also. This wasn't a mere momentary glance, either -- as I took extra time to carefully study and observe my face in the reflection.
(I tell you, it didn't go away)
As I recall, shortly after this the Ouija session abruptly ended after someone in our group became agitated (can't exactly recall over what) and cursed out the spirit operating behind the board.
We then all left and went elsewhere for the remainder of the night...

From the brief time I remained in that house, my other roommates began experiencing various paranormal events; from evil dreams, to hearing cabinet doors slam shut when no one else was in the kitchen, etc.
