Oct. 6, 2014 (around 5 a.m.)
At around 5 a.m. this morning, I had some trouble falling back asleep due to an "interference" in the air. From my ongoing experiences up to this point, this interference, almost always, indicates demonic activity.
This morning, I had enough of putting up with it and began calling on God's holy angels to deploy and assist me (Psalm 91:11-13, Matthew 4:6, & Luke 4:10) while I willed myself to sleep and encountered this interference.
Here is what I remember most vividly:
I manifested in lucid-dream state in an exact apparent copy of my room, where a humanoid figure resembling a purple alien/lizard in human clothes appeared in front of me (it was a bit over 6 ft tall).
It was wearing something like a yellow polo style shirt with dark-tan slacks.
With no premeditation, I then began continually commanding the Lord's Angels to smite it with their flaming swords -- to which the thing immediately reacted by wincing in pain from various places on its body. I couldn't see the angels, but I could definitely see the demon's reactions from their attacks. After the first round of attacks, I commanded it to enter the pit...to which it did not obey.
I only simply thought to myself that it is not yet weakened enough to comply.
I commanded God's Angels to strike again.
Finally, I grabbed the thing by its throat and said to it (paraphrased), "You're going to listen to me. You're going to enter the pit -- and never return, right?".
The demon hissed out, "...riiiiight.".
I then forcibly flung it, with both arms, through my floor and into the pit! (which I intuitively knew was below me).
- Why was there a demonic "interference in the air" just prior to me dreaming?
I find this to be a bit tricky to describe. It's like...say...an audible "prick" in the air, or subtle auditorial feedback sound; similar to what one may hear if they were standing next to a guitar amp that was turned on, but with no one playing.
I believe this phenomena is applicable to the "prince of the power of the air" title revealed in Ephesians 2.
- The Prince of the Power of the Air
...(1)And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; (2)Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: (3)Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. (4)But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, (5)Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) (6)And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: (7)That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus...
...(9)Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought? (10)Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.
(11)But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face.
(12)And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD...
...(18)While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, Thy sons and thy daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother's house: (19)And, behold, there came a great wind from the wilderness, and smote the four corners of the house, and it fell upon the young men, and they are dead; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee...
- Why did God's holy angels respond to my command to smite the demon?
As I write this, I have had at least a dozen dreams, over these past couple of years, involving the calling upon of God's holy angels to assist me in warfare encounters with demons. And altogether, from these experiences, I can say that they are truly deployed by our Heavenly Father to assist us -- especially in the spiritual/dream realms.
However, they will only respond according to God's will; they won't obey either an unlawful command, or (as I've experienced) cases where God wants you to handle a situation without their direct help. I have been able to consistently count on them to provide "support fire" in wearing down demon spirits, taking care of overwhelming numbers, etc.
- He Shall Give His Angels Charge Over Thee
...(7)A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. (8)Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. (9)Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; (10)There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
(11)For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. (12)They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. (13)Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. (14)Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. (15)He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him...
...(5)Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple, (6)And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. (7)Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God...
...(9)And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence: (10)For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee: (11)And in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. (12)And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God...
- What was up with that demon's odd choice of outfit?
My friend and fellow brother in the Lord, Ken Faivor, pointed out to me that the color yellow represents cowardice. And in addition, the polo-style shirt, evidently, has a symbol of a crocodile (serpent) on the left-hand pocket. In addition, the dark-colored/tan slacks represented an earth tone, which associates with demonic spirits being earthbound entities.
As for the color yellow, itself, Scripture testifies of it, in the negative context, as a color which denotes leprosy, uncleanness, and disease.
- Yellow and Disease
...(29)If a man or woman have a plague upon the head or the beard; (30)Then the priest shall see the plague: and, behold, if it be in sight deeper than the skin; and there be in it a yellow thin hair; then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a dry scall, even a leprosy upon the head or beard. (31)And if the priest look on the plague of the scall, and, behold, it is not in sight deeper than the skin, and that there is no black hair in it; then the priest shall shut up him that that the plague of the scall seven days: (32)And in the seventh day the priest shall look on the plague: and, behold, of the scall spread not, and there be in it no yellow hair, and the scall be not in sight deeper than the skin; (33)He shall be shaven, but the scall shall he not shave; and the priest shall shut up him that hath the scall seven days more: (34)And in the seventh day the priest shall look on the scall: and, behold, if the scall be not spread in the skin, nor be in sight deeper than the skin; then the priest shall pronounce him clean: and he shall wash his clothes, and be clean.
(35)But if the scall spread much in the skin after his cleansing; (36)Then the priest shall look on him: and, behold, if the scall be spread in the skin, the priest shall not seek for yellow hair; he is unclean. (37)But if the scall be in his sight at a stay, and that there is black hair grown up therein; the scall is healed, he is clean: and the priest shall pronounce him clean...
- Why did the demon not initially obey to enter into the pit?
Demons are fighters. Even after taking an initial beating from God's angels, it still wasn't willing to enter into the pit upon my first command; as it took one more round of attacks, followed by my slamming it into the floor, in order to defeat it. This experience, therefore, entirely refutes certain false church doctrines out there which preach that Satan and his underlings (both fallen angel and demon) immediately flee upon any believer's single invocation of the name of Jesus.
This is just not true, as there are so many variable involved concerning, for instance: one's spiritual power in the Lord, one's spiritual anointing, spiritual maturity, whether one has any unconfessed sin, etc.
Evil spirits, from all ranks, are stubborn fighters until the bitter end.
