II Kings 2:18-25
...(18)And when they came again to him, (for he tarried at Jericho,) he said unto them, Did I not say unto you, Go not? (19)And the men of the city said unto Elisha, Behold, I pray thee, the situation of this city is pleasant, as my lord seeth: but the water is naught, and the ground barren. (20)And he said, Bring me a new cruse, and put salt therein. And they brought it to him. (21)And he went forth unto the spring of the waters, and cast the salt in there, and said, Thus saith the LORD, I have healed these waters; there shall not be from thence any more death or barren land.
(22)So the waters were healed unto this day, according to the saying of Elisha which he spake.
(23)And he went up from thence unto Bethel: and as he was going up by the way, there came forth little children out of the city, and mocked him, and said unto him, Go up, thou bald head; go up, thou bald head. (24)And he turned back, and looked on them, and cursed them in the name of the LORD. And there came forth two she bears out of the wood, and tare forty and two children of them.
(25)And he went from thence to mount Carmel, and from thence he returned to Samaria...
(December 17, 1968). Mary Bell Found Guilty of Double Killing BBC News
An 11-year-old girl has been sentenced to life in detention after being found guilty at Newcastle Assizes of the manslaughter of two small boys. Mary Bell is said to have strangled the boys, aged four and three, "solely for the pleasure and excitement of killing".
The jury heard Mary, also known as May, was suffering from diminished responsibility at the time and therefore found her not guilty of murder.
Her accomplice, known only as Norma, aged 13, who had been jointly charged with Mary, was acquitted...
...Martin Brown, aged four, of Scotswood in Newcastle was found dead in a derelict house on 25 May. The body of Brian Howe, three, also of Scotswood, was found on waste ground near his home two months later.
The two girls, who were playmates, also lived in the Scotswood area of Newcastle. They denied the charges.
The court had earlier heard Norma give evidence in which she described how Mary had tried to strangle Brian Howe. She said Mary ignored her pleas to stop hurting the boy so she left them and next time she saw Mary she was on her own with Brian's dog.
Jurors were told despite the age difference, Mary was the more dominant personality with a very worldly attitude.
Rudolph Lyons QC said: "For example, when she was being questioned by a detective chief inspector about a charge of murder she said to him, 'I'll phone for some solicitors, they will get me out. This is being brainwashed."
He said she also tried to throw suspicion onto an innocent boy in a "very cunning and insidious manner".
He continued: "Both girls well knew that what they did was wrong and what the results would be."...
Murder of James Bulger (February 20, 1993). wikipedia.org
James Patrick Bulger (16 March 1990 – 12 February 1993) was a boy from Kirkby, Merseyside, England, who was murdered on 12 February 1993, at the age of two. He was abducted, tortured and killed by two ten-year-old boys, Robert Thompson (born 23 August 1982) and Jon Venables (born 13 August 1982). Bulger was led away from the New Strand Shopping Centre in Bootle whilst his mother took her eyes off him momentarily. His mutilated body was found on a railway line 2.5 miles (4 km) away in Walton, Liverpool, two days after his murder. Thompson and Venables were charged on 20 February 1993 with Bulger's abduction and murder.
They were found guilty on 24 November 1993, making them the youngest convicted murderers in modern English history. They were sentenced to detention during Her Majesty's Pleasure until a Parole Board decision in June 2001 recommended their release on a lifelong licence aged 18. In 2010, Venables was recalled to prison for breaching the terms of his licence, and was released on parole again in 2013. In November 2017, Venables was again sent to prison for breaching his licence by possessing child abuse images on his computer.
The Bulger case has prompted widespread debate on the issue of how to handle young offenders when they are sentenced or released from custody...
(February 23, 2009). DA: Blanket is Evidence Pa. Boy Planned to Kill Associated Press
An 11-year-old boy apparently covered his shotgun with a blanket to keep it hidden when he left his bedroom, went downstairs and fatally shot his father's pregnant girlfriend in the head as she slept, a prosecutor said Monday.
The blue blanket, which has a quarter-sized hole that appeared to be singed from a shotgun blast, supports a claim that the crime was premeditated, Lawrence County District Attorney John Bongivengo said.
Police found the blanket in the farmhouse where the boy, Jordan Brown, lived with his father; the father's girlfriend, Kenzie Marie Houk; and her two daughters, ages 7 and 4. Houk was killed Friday morning while Brown's father was at work and the two girls were in the home, authorities believe.
"The operating theory is that he covered the gun with the blanket to hide it when he came downstairs" from his bedroom to shoot Houk, who was in a first-floor bedroom, Bongivengo said. "It wasn't used to muffle (the shot) or anything, the blanket wasn't thick enough for that."
Got the shotgun for Christmas
Brown got the youth-sized shotgun as a Christmas present, and used it to win a turkey shoot on Valentine's Day.
After shooting Houk, the boy ran to get on a school bus with the 7-year-old, who saw him toss something from his pocket on the ground, Bongivengo said. Police later found a spent 20-gauge shotgun shell at that spot.
The girl later implicated the boy in the killing, saying she saw him with what she believed to be a shotgun and heard a loud bang, Bongivengo has said.
Brown is charged as an adult with criminal homicide. In Pennsylvania, there is no criminal homicide charge in juvenile court...

Hopkins, Anna (March 5, 2017) Group of Child VANDALS, Aged 7 to 11, Break into Nursery And Cause $25K in Damage...
A group of child vandals reportedly broke into a daycare facility in California and caused an astonishing $25,000 in damage.
The juveniles, aged seven to eleven, destroyed World Tots LA in San Pedro so severely that hazmat teams needed to be called to clean the mess.
Five youngsters have since been arrested for the vandalization which took place last week.
Evidently the damage was such that a large number of items in the building were not salvageable, and boxes of formula, diapers, toys had other supplies had to be thrown out, according to Fox 10.
The children wrote 'obscenities' on the walls, flipped over chairs, emptied cubbies, broke boxes of printer ink and coated the daycare rooms in a film of baby formula.
The facility is a part of the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) of the Harbor Area and South Bay whose mission statement is: 'dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.'
The president of the Board of Directors for the area's YWCA said: 'Some very young assailants broke in to this very much cherished daycare center and totally devastated it.'
'They did some very serious damage, and unfortunately found out that they are very young assailants, which just brings another level of heartbreak to this whole thing.'
The facility had to be closed for a week to make the necessary repairs, leaving the 60 tots who regularly attend without their usual daytime childcare.
World Tots LA has since been cleaned and repaired, and will open again on Monday.
Schipper, Joel (November 26, 2017). 'I Did it to Kill People': 11-Year Old Louisville Girl Crashes Truck Into Home wdrb.com
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville family is shaken up but unharmed after a truck slammed into the front of their house on New Cut Road near West Indian Trail last week.
The driver, an 11-year-old girl whose family said has autism, reportedly said she did it on purpose.
“It sounded like a bomb went off,” said Joshua Pate, whose home was damaged. “Everybody was in shock. Everybody’s still in shock.”
Pate had just gotten home from work around 2:30 p.m. Friday when the crashed happened. Five children were sitting in the living room at the time of the crash.
He believes the couch saved their lives.
“The loveseat slid around and made kind of like a barrier ... the back of it is kind of high and I think the kids just slid with the loveseat,” Pate said.
The girl who was driving was not injured, but Pate heard her talking with police after they arrived on scene.
“(The officer) couldn’t believe what she said. He was like ‘excuse me?’ And she said, ‘I wanted to kill people.’ And he said ‘I’m sorry, what did you say?’ And she said, ‘I wanted to kill people,” Pate said.
Seconds before, Kristina Bryan was driving north on New Cut Road when the truck slammed into her vehicle. Bryan’s car hit so hard it spun several times, creating cuts in the pavement. Her vehicle was totaled...

"I Wanted To Kill People!" Ten Year Old Girl Steals Truck And Crashes It Into A House
Fonseca, Felicia (December 26, 2017) Double Murderer at Age 8; Probation Ending at Age 18. Associated Press
FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) -- The call came in to police dispatch just after 5 p.m. on a cold November evening in the small Arizona town of St. Johns: There was a body on the front porch of a house.
Detective Debbie Neckel fastened her her bulletproof vest and headed out. As she and Sgt. Lucas Rodriguez approached the blue two-story home, Neckel fixed her eyes on two people, a teenager and an 8-year-old boy standing nearby.
Rodriguez walked toward the house, and Neckel toward the boy, whom she knew from the neighborhood. His arms were outstretched, and he was near tears.
"My dad, my dad, My dad's dead," Neckel recalled him saying as she gave her first interview about the cast the The Associated Press. "I think my dad's dead."
The boy's father, Vincent Romero, 29, was found face-down on the staircase inside. The body on the porch was Romero's friend and co-worker, Timothy Romans, 39, who rented a room there.
A swirl of suspects would emerge before a truth was revealed that no one saw coming: The 8-year-old killed both men.
The child came home Nov. 5, 2008, and killed his father with a single-shot .22 caliber rifle, holding the bullets in his small hand to reload after each shot. He called to Romans that something was wrong, then shot him, too.
Nine years later, the boy is days from his 18th birthday with a chance to move on from a crime that has defined his life. He will sign paperwork Friday freeing him from intensive probation, psychological evaluations, travel restrictions and having his every move monitored...
